Summit & Shores Properties is run by the Flynn family. Mike and Dana Flynn own both cabins at Cobbly Nob, and their grown kids are part of it too. They are not a faceless management company. They spend considerable time at both places, investing in them and improving them so each stay feels cared for.
Heaven's Edge and Picadilly Perch sit next door to each other inside Cobbly Nob, a gated 1,000-acre mountain resort near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The two cabins can be rented separately or together, which makes them a strong fit for family reunions, small weddings, and group getaways where everyone wants to be close.
Both houses face west, so the decks and the big windows look straight into the sunset over Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Greenbrier entrance of the park, the quieter side that locals favor, is about six miles down the road. Downtown Gatlinburg is 10 to 20 minutes away.
In Mike's words: “My wife, grown kids, and I love our two cabins. We spend considerable time at both places investing and improving to create memorable experiences for our guests. They can be great for family reunions, weddings, and similar gatherings, but please no house parties. I cannot overstate the beautiful views from both houses.”
